Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legal contract between you and Pumua Village to govern your use of meditation practices, mindfulness sessions, breathwork workshops, and holistic wellness services—provided both physically at our village and through digital platforms (collectively, the "Service"). By opting in, accessing our website, registering, or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
"Website": Refers to the domains, sub-domains, and software platforms operated by Pumua Village.
"User Data": Any data, feedback, or health information you submit to our servers or during physical assessments.
"Intellectual Property": Includes all logos, meditation techniques, retreat curriculum, and trademarks owned by Pumua Village.
2. Eligibility and Verification
By accepting this agreement, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You agree to provide true and accurate information during registration. As a condition of accessing certain specialized retreats or sessions, Pumua Village reserves the right to require account verification to ensure the safety of our community.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your account. Pumua Village will use your registered contact information to send session reminders, wellness content, and essential service communications.
4. Fees and Billing
Pumua Village offers both community-funded (pro-bono) and paid services. For paid retreats or sessions, please ensure your payment method is confirmed prior to the start of the service.
5. Modification of Service
Pumua Village reserves the right to modify or update features, session schedules, or retreat functionalities to improve user experience, enhance security, or comply with evolving legal regulations.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to the sanctity of your privacy. Pumua Village adheres to strict confidentiality standards. We implement administrative and technical security measures to protect your personal and health-related information. Our operations are guided by the Laws of Kenya, ensuring your data is handled with integrity.
7. Third-Party Partners

12. Termination
You are free to leave the village at any time. You may terminate this agreement by closing your account or unsubscribing from our digital services.
13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any disputes shall be referred to arbitration by a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement. If an agreement cannot be reached within 14 days, the arbitrator shall be appointed by the Chairman of the Kenya Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

15. Commencement
These terms and conditions commence the moment you first engage with Pumua Village, whether physically or through our electronic platforms.
